REFUND POLICY / DEPOSITS / PAYMENT PLANS / SUBSCRIPTIONS

Your satisfaction with your Program, Product, or Service is important to us. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation, and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Programs, Products, Services, and Program Materials, we have a no refund policy. Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment, including any deposits accepted to hold discounted fees, for any of our Programs, Products, and Services, and no refunds will be provided to you at any time. By using and/or purchasing any of our Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials, you understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.

DEPOSITS: All deposits provided to hold any discounted fees offered are valid for up to a maximum of 30 days from the time the deposit made. After 30 days any discounted fees offered are invalid and the regular retail price will be applied. Deposits made will then go towards the regular retail program fee.

PAYMENT PLANS: All purchases are non-refundable and registering with any payment plans offered requires full fulfillment of the plan regardless if you complete the Program or not.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS: Any subscription one-time initiation fees and monthly recurring subscription fees are non-refundable. When you cancel your subscription you continue to access the program until the end of your initiation term or 30-day subscription term. There are no partial refunds for days not used, and full payment for the month you cancel is still due.

Purchases
All purchases of coaching and training are final, and no refunds will be given.
